By buying this product you will be receiving instructions on how to download the software and your product key.  Activation of the product will be online or in some cases via an electronic process over the phone.  Please note that you will be required to do a fresh installation of Windows as this is an activation key, and it does not support upgrade from previous versions of windows.

 IF YOU REQUIRE A HARD COPY

Should you prefer a hard copy of the software, please select 'Ship software' upon checkout for R149.  We will then send you a USB flash drive with the software on.  Please note that we do this additionally as a service to you.  We do not sell physical software copies but only genuine digital licenses.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Payment has to be within 48 hrs of close of auction, or the product will be re-listed.  Software will be send between 08:00 and 16:00 daily, Monday to Friday.  In some instances product keys will be sent after hours or over weekends.  NO keys will be sent on Sundays.  All corrospondence will be done Monday to Friday.  Should you require an invoice, please request one during checkout.  Invoices can take up to 24 hours to be sent.
