Windows xp with service pack 2 2002. OEM Version.

Was sealed, I bought a new computer and received it on 2009-05-23. I bought this Windows Xp and it was still sealed. Opened it on 2009-05-27 and loaded it on my new computer and activated it but did not register it on my name yet. Received a Windows Vista ultimate and bought it on 2009-05-28. The only reason I bought Vista is because my new system supports a 64 bit operating system and Windows vista is a 64 bit operating system. Take my word for it, I guarantee it was only activated once on  2009-05-27 and never registered. You will receive the original booklet together with the brand new Windows Xp cd,  together with the the authenticated COA product key sticker(Unused). I am putting it on auction as secondhand because it was opened.
