This is a pair of Peggy Nisbet Costume Dolls of Winston Churchill in his robes of a Knight of the Garter, with his mother Lady Randolph Churchill. Lady Churchill, born Jennie Jerome, was an American socialite and reputedly one of the greatest beauties of her age. Amongst her achievement, apart from birthing the greatest Englishman of the century was having affairs, amongst others, with King Edward VII. Her third husband was three years younger than her son Winston was. They no longer have their swing tags attached. Please add R28 for postage.
