Please note:
When you buy / import from overseas or you buy from a local supplier but the goods are shipped from overseas directly to you, you till need to pay the transport, courier clearance fees, VAT for import and custom duties( if any).
To return a defective product ex SA to an overseas supplier it will cost you around R800. To us in Joburg only R50+/-
To replace /repair an alarm purchased from overseas you will have to wait 1 month or more and will get it back if lucky. With us you will wait only a few days if the product qualifies for replacement (see our term and conditions)
Limited Warranty:1 year manufacturer replacement from Johannesburg (stock Joburg), for the main module alarm . This warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. The Warranty does not cover products on which the serial number has been altered, defaced or removed.
