| PAYMENT: | Software sales are not refundable. The buyer must send proof of payment within 7 days of the auction ending or item may be offered to the next highest bidder or re-listed or sold by any means at the sellers sole discretion. Should payment not be received SNC fill be filed and negative feedback will be left after 7 days. We expect timeous replies to any e-mail communication sent out so check that our e-mail communication is not in your SPAM mailbox. Insurance is optional and not through SAPO and without it there is no recourse for goods missing in the post.

| Special Conditions: | Exchange will ONLY be made for incorrect item shipped, damaged item or items that arrive D.O.A (Dead on arrival). Please send notification within 24 hours of item receipt if there any issues. No exchange will be made if item is returned 7 days after customer receipt! Any refused, returned or undeliverable item will result in a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling are always non refundable and non negotiable. All items are tested and Quality Checked before sending and no discussions will be entered into about goods damaged by poor packaging. |
