Description

It can trigger the camera shutter release remotely from a distance. The compatible camera has a built-in infrared receiver for this remote trigger device.

How?

Select the drive mode of the SLR and move the setting from Single shooting to Self-timer/Remote control. You have time to move into your pose, pointing the remote at the camera, and to then remotely trigger the camera. If it happens that you prolong this exercise too long without taking a shot, the remote transmitter of the camera will de-activate. In this case just re-activate the camera by pressing menu again and you will have the infrared on standby again. When finished using the remote control to take pictures, just remember to set the camera back to single shooting mode again.

It has been proved to be safe and reliable, and works with all camera remote control modes (Quick-response, Delayed and Bulb). Works from up to 8 meters (25 feet) away. No unnecessary extra pointless buttons, but just one, the shutter release button!
