1. Connect the PS4 to power and display devices; ensure the power indicator lights up.
2. Turn on the PS4 keyboard, and the blue light will activate.
3. Press and hold the code button for 2 seconds until the blue light flashes, indicating it's searching for a connection. If not connected within 3 minutes, the keyboard will enter sleep mode.
4. On the PS4, go to Settings > Peripheral Devices > Bluetooth Devices, select "riddeviceinfo_keyboard," and pair it using the prompted password.
5. After pairing, select the same user name to use it as a controller.
6. Insert the PS4 keyboard?s 3.5mm audio plug into the PS4 controller?s audio jack to route audio through the keyboard.
7. The keyboard?s audio jack can be used with original earphones for audio.
8. If the keyboard enters sleep mode after 8 minutes, press any key to reconnect; if it doesn't reconnect, restart the keyboard.
9. Press the button with the yellow symbol for the corresponding action.
10. Use the "case lock" button to toggle between uppercase and lowercase input.
11. When the blue light blinks twice, the battery is low; recharge the keyboard. The red light indicates charging and turns off when full.
12. To preserve battery life, recharge at least every two months if not in use.
