Hardcover published 1906 by Smith, Elder, & Co., no jacket. The boards are lightly marked and worn, with sunning to extremities and to the spine, that is also cocked. Apart from shelf soil to top external edges of the rough-cut pages, the pages are clean and unmarked. All photographic plates are present and well bound. The book is now protected in cellophane.
