• Payment must be made within 3 days.
• Once payment is clear, please allow us 2-3 days for me to prepare your orders for shipping. 
• Delivery time can differ wildly depending on where you live and the time of the year. As a guide I would plan for 3 to 6 weeks (and you will hopefully be pleasantly surprised when it arrives earlier).
• If you would like your item faster I can arrange for it to be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service), but the price will be significant. Please contact me for details.
• I am not responsible for any customs or tax in your country.

Refunds and Item Exchanges

• I can not refund your money due to you ordering the wrong size, please check with me if you not sure which size would be the best fit for you.
• If you not happy with your purchase, please return the item in it's original condition within 10 days of receiving it and I will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
• Buyers must pay their own postage and insurance fees to return any items and this is not part of the refund. 
• We can not refund you if you don't reply to my messages, clear communication solves most problems.
