Wonderful Tanya Jansen original oil painting (18x12cm) @ a CRAZY R1 opening!!!

An original 18 x 12cm oil painting  by Tanya Jansen on canvas board - unframed.   Since she can remember Art (in some or other form) was part of her life.  Tanya Jansen has been featured in the latest edition of "The Collector's guide to Art and Artists in South Africa" published by The South African Institute of Artists and Designers.

For 12 years she worked as a Graphic designer with illustration as her main focus.  She painted on a part time basis and in 2007 decided that she want to do this permanently.  Tanya's subjects are intended to provoke emotion and she tries to create an image where the viewer can get lost in his /her own thoughts and memories. Her work tends to become decorative/ expressive at times but this gives a balance especially with the realistic approach she takes. She is inspired by nature and love atmosphere in any painting.

Tanya is a wonderful talent who is making major inroads in the S.A. art world - someone worth investing in!
