Wong Bok - Chinese Cabbage - Brassica Pekinensis - 100 Seed Pack

A member of the cabbage family and known sometimes as bok choy. The leaves are succulent, white stems with dark green leaves. An essential in Chinese and Cantonese cooking. It is high yielding and quick maturing and has leaves that resemble certain lettuce cultivars.

Wong Bok is a very good keeping variety, that has crucnch leaves that are at home in salads and stir fries.
