This wooden bench unit is 550mm wide by 600mm high and 4000mm long. It has 9 cupboards and can be separated into 3 sections. Two of them are 1.5m long, and the third 1m long. So what's the deal?

The bench unit is located on the first floor of the building, at a business in Buitengracht street, Cape Town Central. They are now moving to larger offices, and no longer require it. If you want it, you must fetch it at their premises, in central Cape Town, by Friday 30 May 2008.

Should you win the bid, the following conditions apply:

1. YOU MUST REMOVE THE BENCH UNIT FROM THE BUSINESS IN CENTRAL CAPE TOWN.

2. YOU MUST PAY ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE REMOVAL OF THE BENCH UNIT (APART FROM WHAT YOU BID HERE).

3. THE BENCH UNIT MUST BE REMOVED BY FRIDAY 30 MAY 2008!
