basic tools available.

• I do my best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, and only charge for expenses incurred. I do not make extra money by charging high shipping fees for every individual item!
• Every item has been weighed and shipping costs calculated for each individual item.
• You are more than welcome to combine auctions up to a maximum of 10 days!
• Please note that certain types of items can not be combined, due to the the special packaging needs of some items. Please ask if in doubt!
• Combined auctions will be weighed together and shipping calculated in the following manner: Ordinary parcel mail - R25-00 for the first kilogram and R5-00 for every additional kilogram. Speed Services - R45-00 for the first kilogram and R20-00 for every additional kilogram.
• Insurance is optional at 2% of the total bid amount.
• Please specify your shipping option on the order form and if you would like your parcel to be insured.
• No refunds or exchanges will be made for items lost/stolen/damaged in the mail if not insured.

• Electronic transfers and cash deposits are accepted. No extra fees are charged for cash deposits.
• Payment should be made no more than 7 days after auction closing.
• Please send proof of payment to my email address.
• Items will be mailed within 24 hours once payment is reflected in account.
• Please take into account that payments made from a non-ABSA bank, takes 2-3 days to reflect.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it undamaged at your own cost for a full refund of the bid price!

To prevent any unneccesary unhappiness, however, please study pictures carefully before bidding. As all items are hand made, none are perfect 'production line' pieces. Each item has its own character and unique features. Please do not hesitate to ask if in doubt!
