DVD 1

Poland, Dunkirk, Norway. In 1939 Poland was unprepared to fight the lightning strikes of Blitzkrieg, by the beginning of 1940 not only Poland but also Austria and Czechoslovak had fallen to the Nazis. With Holland, Belgium, France and England in their sites and the defeat at Dunkirk, the Nazis and British Armies fight for control of Norway.

DVD 2

Invasion of Norway, Battle of Britain. With Norway being a vital strategic position for both the British and German armies the invasion of Norway had become imminent, a swift Nazis victory followed. From here Hitler could concentrate on operation Sea Lion, the Battle of Britain had just begun.

DVD 3

Dieppe, Battle of the Atlantic The raid at Dieppe by the Allied forces was a crushing defeat at the hands of the Nazis, of the 61,000 men who took part in the operation only15,000 returned home. Along side this; German U-Boats were ordered to strangle the British shipping lanes across the Atlantic in a deadly game of cat and mouse.

Stalingrad, Ploesti Stalingrad was to prove one of Hitlers major defeats at the hands of the Red Army, having defeated the Russians at Moscow and Leningrad, Stalingrad was just to much for the over stretched Nazis army. While the bombing of Poleski by the Allies put a permanent dent in the Nazis ability to produce oil, but at a cost.

Omaha Beach, Arnhem Hitler has fortified 1944 Occupied Europe, to break through this the Allied forces sent over three million men the greatest sea, air armada the world has ever seen, Omaha becomes the bloodiest landing point on D-Day. Four months later Operation Market Garden is put into effect and the bitter battle at Arnham begins.

DVD 6

Breakout from Normandy, Battle of the Buldge. Once the D-Day landings had been a success and Allied forces had become established, next came the breakout of Normandy, and pushing the German army back. By the end of 1944 the Allied armies in Europe are threatening the German homeland itself, and Hitler plans a daring counter offensive.

DVD 7

Paris, Bridgehead on the Rhine. Paris becomes a battleground for the occupying Germans and the advancing Allies, with the French Resistance carrying out sabotage operations where they can. The next objective for the Allies is to cross the Rhine,Germanys last natural defence.

DVD 8

Bombing of Germany, Fall of Berlin. Air raids continue against Germany with the Allies prepared to drop over two million tonnes of high explosives on strategic targets and thus bombing Germany into submission. By Early 1945 Germany is surrounded, to the east the Red army and to the west the Allies both are heading for Berlin, and what remains of the Third Reich.
