WOW How is this for an AMAZING Oil Painting by the Artist Martin. He has captured the essence of this forrest including the ecosystems and animals that live within them. You can see how well the lilly pads and the small lakes with the wreeds surrounding them have been painted with such precision aswell as the tree's. With the twigs and branches painted so they can be seen yet still be entwined with the leaves that are painted using the Blotching Technique..... BUT with only enough to leave small amounts of paint behind to form the leaves. The tree's bark is clearly visible and the birds are shaped well, this artist was definately experienced and knew what he was doing !
