Up for auction is the very seldom seen presentation folder for the 1998 Namibia Year of The Tiger issue. From the International Stamp and Coin Exhibition in Shanghai. The folder contains the stamps commemorating the lunar new year (including both the m/sheet and full sheet of stamps issued). I believe there was controversy surrounding these stamps' legality at one stage regarding thier printing or issueing, but since I cannot find documented proof of this this, my claim has to be considered a rumour and not fact. Never the less hard to come by and the first time I have seen them in a folder of this sort. Happy bidding!
