How do They Work?

Once the foot (with takkie) has been strapped into the jumper, the child is walking / running on the rubber sole, and the blade like spring will add 'bounce' to their every step. When the child has had some practise, they can begin to run and jump with the feeling that they are 'flying'!

Good For Them? Safety?

This is very good excercise for your child. The blades remove all shock type impact from the bones and joints making this safe but effective exercise. The risk of injury from falling is not much different to riding a bike or using a skate board. Yes, your child is likely to get one or two grazed knees when learning to use the jumpers - all part of growing up!!!

Safety Gear?

Many kids already have a helment, knee and wrist pads from biking or skate boarding. This is all that is needed to use the jumpers safely. If you do not already have these kits are readily available (and reasonably priced) from Sportsmans Warehouse and other retail outlets.
