A New Form of Exercise with the Wrist Ball gyro!

The Wrist Ball is a precision crafted exercise device, containing a rapidly spinning gyro enclosed in a plasic casing.

When you set the gyro in motion, using the pull cord, it builds up speed by subtle rotations of the wrist. There are no motors or batteries, all the energy comes from the user. The faster you move the more the gyro rotates, providing ressitance to your hands, fingers, elbow, arm and shoulders.

Ideal for Sports Training & Injury Rehabilitation

Due to the inertia (gyroscope resistance), within the Wrist Ball being directly proportional to the speed you spin the rotor, the Wrist Ball is able to help gently rehabilitate a damaged limb (carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist injuries, repetitive strain injury, tendonitis, tennis elbow, golf elbow etc.); including to help build muscle in the arms and shoulders.

It is a completely non-impact form of exercise. Its all about the rotor speed, which can reach up to 16000rpm.
