WW1 and WW2 Medal groups Father and Son

Up for grabs is 2 medal groups issued to two members from the same family...Father and son.

WW1 group issued to J Mcintosh and WW2 group issued to A Mcintosh

The medals for A Mcintosh has the original envelope that they were sent in to him .

Inscription on J Mcintosh's medals reads as follow " SPR J Mcintosh. S.A.C.S.C.R.E.....South Africa Corps of Signals Company Royal Engineers.

Inscription on A Mcintosh's medals are all " 99455 A Mcintosh"

As far as i could establish A Mcintosh were a member of the press. His original "press' discs comes with the medals.

The Africa Star also have the North Africa clasp with the medal.
