WW1 'K.I.A' Medal Pair to 'J.C. WILSON' (R.N.V.R.)

 

This original, Great War causality pair of full-size medals were awarded to 'Able Seaman James Cook Wilson', who died from wounds during the 'Gallipoli Campaign' on the 20th of November 1915 whilst serving with the 'Hawke Battalion' in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (R.N.V.R). He is buried at the 'Pink Farm Cemetery' in Helles, Turkey. The medals are in great condition and nicely tarnished with their original aged ribbons and Ive included a few documents (Copies) in my photographs. They are impressed on the rims 'TZ-1257, J.C. WILSON, A.B., R.N.V.R.'.
