The piece is in an GOOD, USED CONDITION- Leather Bandolier equipment set is present and detailed with Ammunition pockets .Item remains in a Good State and has been utilised. Signs of Wear evident due to handling. Leather remains supple, yet will be stiffened in places. Press Studs are present ( one of two have expired). All Shoulder straps evident with buckles. NOTE : One waist-band retention strap appears to have expired. All Ottoman Regnal Markings are impressed on Leather pockets. 

ITEM HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO HANDLING/ EXPOSURE TO VARIED COMBAT CONDITIONS.

An EXCELLENT example of a RARE World  War I ,  Ottoman Turkish Leather M1893/1903 Bandolier Equipment  Set. This piece appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed Relief on  obverse. All Ammunition Pouches present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. A few bullet sleeves have been subject to loosened stitching. All buckles and shoulder straps are complete- NOTE : ONE OF THE WAIST-BAND RETENTION STRAPS HAS EXPIRED. All Ottoman Sultan Crescent Moon markings are visible on each Ammunition Pouch. 

This piece is exceptionally difficult to obtain, as many Ottoman Army items remain mostly in private collections. The Model 1893/1903 Bandolier Equipment of this variety - would have most likely been issued to Turkish Imperial Forces either on the Gallipoli Peninsula in 1915 - or the Palestine Front later in the Conflict (Arab Legion).
