The piece is in an GOOD, USED CONDITION- Paint Graphic Design Relief is present and partially complete .Insignia Decal has been removed. Metallic Shell remains in a Good State and has been utilised. Signs of Wear evident due to handling. Liner IS NO LONGER PRESENT- HELMET SHELL ONLY !! . All manufacturers marks/ stamps are evident on rear neck flange. Ventilation grommets are correct for type.

An EXCELLENT example of German World War 2 , 1940s Schützpolizei  M34 'Leichtmetall' Helmet Shell. This piece appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed original  Black paint Relief on  obverse. Approximately  50 - 55 % of the finish is present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Scratches and associated surface will be visible. ** NOTE : Affiliation Decal has been removed. All manufacturers marks / heat Stamps are evident on rear flange. Distinctive ' Blumen ' or Flower Pattern ventilation grommets present. 

This piece would have been utilised by the German Civil Police or Schützpolizei during the period 1939-45. This organization and associated Civil  units such as the Luftschütz would have assisted the German War-Effort during Air Raids and other necessary functions.
