WW2 S.A. Medal Group + Research 'Sgt. C.F. Stanley' (Woman's A.A.S.)

This original, scarce group of four full-size South African WW2 medals were awarded to 'Sergeant Cordelia Florence Stanley' from the 'Woman's Auxiliary Army Service' (W.A.A.S.), a female volunteer who served in the Middle East, East Africa as well as the Union, and discharged on the 6/11/1943. The group consists of the 'Africa Service Medal' in silver, the '1939/45 War Medal', 'Africa Star' and the '1939/45 Star' which are all impressed 'W298149 C.F. STANLEY'. The medals are in great condition, nicely tarnished with their original ribbons and come with some research on the recipient.
