Up for auction is this great German WW2 EM Parade or Dress Belt and Buckle set. It has the shiny outside leather for stepping out and parades. Great size marked '100' on the leather tab. Buckle is aluminium with no makers mark as is often the case. Leather is a bit stiff from storage but it displays well and can fit around a mannequin waist for display if required. The inside of the belt is lined with felt to protect the waffenrock or tunic from scuffing when the belt was being worn. There is some moth damage to the felt as pictured but this is not seen when the belt is rolled up or displayed on a mannequin. Overall a great, hard to find set and not seen nearly as often as the standard EM army or combat belts. Registered post R25.
