This is a faulty Eggs Box 360 (Phat)Console.
I have been told that the motherboard is faulty, but I'm not too sure, secondary code is 0020. It has no HDD, cables or controllers and is sold as is voetstoets. It's a non HDMI unit. Maybe it can be repaired or just used as spares or used as target practice:
