Our technicians use a professional BGA Reflow Machine to repair your consoles(what Microsoft USA/Europe uses to repair consoles). These are expensive machines that the majority of our competitors do NOT use. They use cheap "homemade" fixes and therefore our success rate is MUCH higher than our competitors. But we offer refunds just in case.

Here is how it works:

You "Buy Now" and then ship your XBOX 360(Console Only, no hard drive, cables, etc.) to us.

We fix your item in 1-3 days and ship it back to you. Most of the time we ship your console back to you the NEXT DAY! Our technician has fixed thousands of consoles over the past several years so you are in good hands!

The price listed is a flat-rate charge for labour and general service of your Xbox 360 console.

A successful RROD/E74/No video/No audio repair carries a 90 day warranty. You pay the fee plus return shipping!

If in Pretoria or surrounds you're welcome to bring in your console (simply put R0.00 in shipping fee) and collect it again.

Warranty/Refund:

We offer a 90 day warranty on all repairs.

If you start having the same issue again just send it back to us and we will fix it. (Warranty does not cover drive issues or new issues; only the issue that was first fixed)

If for some reason it dies within 7 days of the unit's return we will refund the cost of the repairs only IN FULL!
