FAULTS NOTED OR VISIBLE: The Xbox comes on and makes a Startup Sound when the Power Button is pressed. The Light comes on, Blinks, and after a few seconds goes off. I'm not sure of the actual fault. There are no cables or controllers to test further. There are signs of Tampering on the unit.

COMPONENTS VISIBLE FOR USE (NO GUARANTEED): I'm unsure if the unit has a hard drive. There are No Tools to open and check. The housing seems good. There may be other parts on the inside that can be used. I'm also unsure if any parts are missing internally.
