Locally produced OpenXenium for the original Xbox console. Pre-loaded with XeniumOS 2.3.5.

The OpenXenium is a redesign of the original Xenium Icechip for the original Xbox console. It allows users to install custom firmware, enabling various enhancements tothe console's functionality.

No BIOS files are loaded. This is left to the installer/user to decide which BIOS version is used.

These are drop-in for version 1.0-1.5 boards. 1.6 boards will require LPC rebuild. If you have a 1.6 board and want a prototype LPC rebuild PCB, leave a note at checkout. Only 4 available.

Comes with the header for the board and a wire for the D0 signal. Soldering is required.


Not sure which board you have? The easiest way to distinguish between 1.0-1.5 and 1.6 boards is the missing clock capacitor in 1.6 boards. Google the cap position if you're still unsure.
