The console does have a few minor scratches & dings as shown in the images, from a small fall off a low TV unit, it's been mounted safely higher up since then and has been working flawlessly without any issues or faults.
The console has not been opened, however I did pick up the stickers over the screws at the back to view the screws as I was considering changing the outter plastic cover which has those small dings. I did not proceed to do that as I didn't have the time and soon realized that those tiny dings aren't even noticeable unless under close inspection.
All ports and plugs are clean as shown in the images.
