2) If supplier / manufacturer / Distributor agree to a Refund of price of unsuitable products.

We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.

Yealink EHS36 Wireless Headset Adapter (EOL)

The EHS36 provided the technical interface between older Yealink T2x/T4x series IP phones (including T40, T41, T42, T46 and T48 models) and compatible wireless headsets from brands such as Jabra, Plantronics and Sennheiser. It was a plug-and-play unit connected via the phone's EXT port, allowing calls to be answered and ended remotely from the headset. Yealink discontinued the EHS36 as of 30 September 2021, so it is no longer manufactured; existing stock is offered while available, with Yealink continuing standard EOL support and service.
