6-14 WORKING DAYS TO SOURCE AND CLEAR CUSTOMS. 
Local Delivery dependent on your choice of shipping. 1-4 days. 
TOTAL TIME CAN BE UP TO 18 WORKING DAYS under normal conditions.
IF A DELAY AT CUSTOMS, TOTAL TIME CAN BE UP TO 28 WORKING DAYS.
Please do not order if you are not happy with these times.
We provide your tracking number after local dispatch.
If you choose to collect we will notify you as soon as the item has been received from overseas. 
These are the standard times and we endeavour to always have your order to you as soon as possible. 
Please note that delays can happen. When this does occur, we shall contact you and update on the status of the order.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Once an order is placed, it is final. We cannot cancel orders unless circumstances from our suppliers allow it. We reserve the right to reject any order & will not be liable in those circumstances.

Refunds for delayed orders can only be attended to after 28 working days from date of payment due to rare but potential delays at Customs.
We offer a 14 day replace or refund warranty on any product received by you that is damaged, broken or not functioning as it should. Please note: We do not offer any further warranty beyond this 14 day period.
