Place clip on fixture
Fill container with warm or cool water. Place pump under water as shown. Pull handle to fill with water, just above fill line. (1.5 oz or 45 ml)
Insert nozzle deep into balloon. Push water and air into balloon. Inflate to 3 inches (80 mm) the size of baseball.
Hold neck of balloon and twist 2 ~ 3 ties as shown
Hold rubber strings and neck of balloon with both hands. Then S-T-R-E-T-C-H ! (very important)
Place stretched balloon into clip and push down the shaft.
Make a loop for finger at opposite end.
All set to go !
