I have approached every catering job as if I was cooking for my own family; I have never cut corners or used substandard ingredients, and I only prepare food that I like to eat myself. I cater weddings, funerals, birthdays, product launches, you name it. I love designing the menu around my client's needs, imaging what they would like to serve their guests.
