- The Zone has its offices located in Century City / Cape Town, our sales-staff is reachable by skype or mail and this in the language of your choice.
- Please take note of the shippingcosts for the selected product. These costs are FIXED and include ALL expenses. If you think these costs are incorrect, feel free to arrange your own pickup or please, dont participate in the auction
- The Zone is a commercial entity with one purpose, selling products to the people. So the chance excists that your product is out of stock by the time the auction ends. In this case you will be notified that your product is not in stock, we will notify you of a new ETA and in case we have a solid stockrupture we will provide you with a alternative.
- Every product delivered by The Zone comes with a invoice and a proof of purchase UNLESS otherwise specified
- All products will be marked UNPAYED if the payment is done WITHOUT using the ordernumber as a reference or when a cash deposit is made without taking count of the costs attached to such a payment !

- Just like any other company, The Zone has its openingshours. Our sales-team is present every WORKINGDAY from 8.00hr to 17.00hr - Take note that answering a mail can take up to 1 workingday when its busy.
- Shipments are being prepared within 72 WORKINGHOURS - AFTER RECEIPT OF PAYMENT, take note that most of the banks use a delay of 2-3 days before a payment is processed
- Due to some very creative people, we regret to inform our customers that we DONT accept "proofs of payment" as a legal form of payment. Once the money is cleared on the account we prepare the products.
