Zaluzianskya is a genus of flowering plants now regarded as being a member of the Scrophulariaceae, the figwort family. The genus is endemic to Southern Africa and includes some sixty species described. Grown as an annual in temperate climates, this South African native is known for its fragrant flowers, which open up in the evening. Zaluzianskya maritima is a South African indigenous erect perennial herb with stalkless leaves and sweetly scented long tubular flowers that are white above, dark reddish/brown below. This is a night flowering species. Expect flowers from summer to autumn.
