Please note:

These bulbs are pre-order items and are expected to be dispatched in the last week of August or the first week of September, weather permitting.
Our specialist growers carefully hold back stock until the bulbs have properly cured and are ready for immediate planting to ensure the best results in your garden.
In the unlikely event that a specific variety does not cure properly or is deemed non-viable by the farm, we will refund you for that portion of your order.

If you add pre-order items to your cart, your entire order will be held until those items are ready to ship. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

  • Vibrant Red Hues: Experience the unparalleled joy of these intensely coloured flowers, bringing a dynamic and passionate feel to your home.

  • Long-Lasting Blooms: Enjoy weeks of spectacular colour, extending the beauty of your South African summer.

  • Stunning Foliage: The broad, often speckled leaves add an extra layer of visual interest, even when the plant is not in bloom.

  • Versatile Beauty: Perfect for garden beds, patio pots, or as exquisite cut flowers to brighten any room.

🌿 Cultivating Your 'Red Sox' Radiance: Simple Care for Spectacular Results

You deserve a garden that thrives with minimal fuss, and the Zantedeschia 'Red Sox' delivers. These resilient beauties are surprisingly easy to care for, rewarding you with their spectacular display.

  • Watering Wisdom:

    • Keep the soil consistently moist but never waterlogged, especially during the active growing season (our South African spring and summer).

    • Reduce watering in autumn as the plant prepares for dormancy.

  • Soil Perfection:

    • Plant in well-draining soil rich in organic matter. A good quality potting mix for containers or amended garden soil works wonders.

    • These plants appreciate slightly acidic to neutral pH levels.

  • Light Love:

    • For the best blooms and strongest growth, provide full sun to partial shade. In the hottest parts of South Africa, some afternoon shade is beneficial to prevent scorching.

  • Feeding for Flourish:

    • Feed every 2-4 weeks during the growing season with a balanced liquid fertiliser to encourage abundant flowering.

Feel the satisfaction of nurturing such exquisite plants, knowing they will reward your efforts with a spectacular display year after year. The 'Red Sox' will give you a sense of accomplishment and a truly vibrant garden space.
