Offered here is a lovely Zeiss Ikon CONTAFLEX SUPER Camera, with a ZEISS TESSAR 2.8 50mm Lens ( Serial No. 2681741 ), housed in a Synchro Compur shutter.

This item dates back to 1959.

The serial number of the camera is S67075.

CONDITION
COSMETICALLY in VERY GOOD condition. The chrome is clean and shiny. The Vulcanite is good, no scratches or marks. No paint loss on any of the incised markings.

MECHANICALLY it works perfectly with all movements operating smoothly.

OPTICALLY the lens is quite clean, with only slight traces of internal dust and what looks like a very small spot of fungus, but I am sure a basic service would return this unit it to its former glory.

We do not tamper with any items, rather leaving it to those in the know. We are not experts on these items, and describe the item as seen.
