Our Collapsible Meditation Stools are made in South Africa using a highquality Bamboo with a ProNature eco-friendly application for its finish. Wechose to use Bamboo because it is a renewable resource that can be harvestedwithout damaging the environment.

This Meditation Stool is slightly different to the originalJapanese model, in that we have put a curve on the edge and raised the seat sothat people with large calves can fit easily underneath it. The angle is veryspecific because it allows the meditator to quickly find the optimal pelvicposition on which to start resting their vertebrae one at a time therebyreleasing structural tension.
