Zingo refurbished products come with a 3 month warranty which covers manufacturing defaults only. Should you encounter an out of box failure please return the product in the original packing to be assessed. Amy evidence of the product being crashed or damaged in any way or returned incomplete or without original packaging will render the warranty void.
Warranty & Product Techexchange sells Demo, Refurbished, Pre-owned and New products.Products marked as "Demo" carry a 6 month Techexchange warranty. Box has been opened and are as good as NEW.Products marked as "Refurbished" carry a 3 -12 month Supplier warranty. Factory reconditioned to as good as NEW.Products marked as "Pre-owned" carry a 3 month Techexchange warranty. Minor wear and tear that is partially visible.New devices carry a local manufacturer's warranty in South Africa.We take customer service very seriously and will ensure you are happy with your product.
