Payment - EFT please - no cheque deposits. Add 2% for cash deposits. Please NO exceptions.
SNCs will be filed if transactions are not completed within 7 days from date of auction closure. I reserve the right to delete bids from buyers with a negative track record (in the interest of other bidders).
