ZKTeco ML100 Wi-Fi Fingerprint Smart Lock with ZSmart App

The ZKTeco ML100 Wi-Fi-Enabled Fingerprint Smart Lock is a connected door lock designed for private homes, apartments and short-term rental properties using a European Standard 5050 mortise. It gives you several ways to manage access, including fingerprint, passcode, IC card and smartphone control through the ZSmart App. Built-in Wi-Fi also lets authorised users manage visitors, review access records and share temporary access without relying only on physical keys. Professional installation is recommended to ensure the lock and mortise are correctly fitted to the door.

• Multiple ways to unlock. Choose between fingerprint recognition, passcode, IC card or smartphone access, with mechanical keys available for manual unlocking when required.
• Manage access from your phone. Wi-Fi connectivity and the ZSmart App support remote access management, user administration, activity records and password sharing from a compatible smartphone.
• Give visitors temporary access. Create time-limited access for guests or visitors instead of handing out a permanent key or permanent user credential.
• Helps protect your passcode. Random Passcode lets you enter additional digits before or after the correct code, making it more difficult for someone nearby to identify the actual passcode.
• Keeps you informed. Smart alerts can notify you of conditions including low battery, hijack alerts and the lock going offline.
• Restrict normal users when needed. Lock Out Mode prevents normal users from unlocking the door while retaining administrator access.
• Backup access when battery power is unavailable. A micro-USB emergency power interface can provide temporary power to the lock, while the supplied mechanical keys provide a separate manual unlocking option.
• Designed for common residential door configurations. The European Standard 5050 mortise installation supports door thicknesses from 35 mm to 60 mm, with suitable screws and spindle hardware included for the supported range.

Did You Know?

• Random Passcode does more than simply hide the keypad after use. You can place random numbers before or after your genuine passcode, with the complete entry supporting up to 32 digits including the actual password.
• Remote unlocking is designed with an additional interaction at the lock. The user manual shows the person at the door pressing the remote-unlock request/confirmation key, after which the ZSmart App receives the unlock request for approval.
• The lock separates administrator and normal-user permissions. Administrators can access the programming menu as well as unlock the door, while normal users are limited to unlocking access.

Compatibility & App Support

The ML100 works with the ZSmart App for smartphone-based lock management. The app supports functions including remote unlocking, temporary password sharing, access-record checking and lock setup, and is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Pairing requires a compatible Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth during the initial setup process.
