ZKTeco SenseFace 2A Face, Fingerprint & RFID Access Control Terminal with SIP Intercom

The ZKTeco SenseFace 2A Multi-Biometric Access Control Terminal combines facial recognition, fingerprint verification, RFID card access and password authentication in one compact device. Designed for offices, residential complexes, retail premises and other controlled entrances, it can operate as a standalone door controller or form part of a managed ZKTeco access-control system. Its integrated camera, microphone, speaker and SIP 2.0 support also allow it to function as a video intercom terminal when connected to compatible equipment.

Key Features

• Four ways to authenticate. Grant access using facial recognition, fingerprint, RFID card or an eight-digit password entered on the physical keypad.
• Fast touch-free entry. Facial authentication operates from approximately 30 cm to 2 m, with a stated recognition time of under 0.35 seconds.
• Built for busy access points. Supports up to 3,000 users, 1,500 face templates, 3,000 fingerprint templates, 3,000 cards and 150,000 transaction records.
• Integrated video intercom. The built-in 1 MP WDR binocular camera, microphone and speaker support HD door-phone communication using SIP protocol version 2.0.
• Controls a complete doorway. Dedicated connections are provided for an electric lock, door sensor and exit button, reducing the need for a separate basic door controller.
• Flexible network integration. Connect through TCP/IP, with optional 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi available on supported versions.
• Supports managed or standalone operation. The terminal can work locally while also supporting ZKTeco management platforms and compatible push protocols.
• Convenient user-data transfer. User information can be uploaded or downloaded between devices using a FAT32-formatted USB flash drive.

• The SenseFace 2A is more than a biometric reader. Its built-in relay and door-monitoring connections allow it to control an electric lock and receive signals from a door sensor and exit button.
• ONVIF support allows the devices video functions to integrate with compatible video-management equipment. Actual interoperability depends on the software, profile support and system configuration being used.
• Optional features are not fitted to every SenseFace 2A version. Confirm whether the unit being purchased includes Wi-Fi, 13.56 MHz IC-card support or wireless-doorbell compatibility before ordering.

Compatibility & App Support

The SenseFace 2A supports ZKBio CVAccess and can integrate with ZKBio Zlink using the applicable protocol and system configuration. Video-intercom options include compatible SIP 2.0 indoor monitors, while supported mobile platforms include ZKBio Zlink and ZKBio Zexus. Some integrations, applications, cloud services and optional hardware may require separate licences, subscriptions or additional equipment.
