Delivery
Goods ship from the USA and are delivered in approx. 7 – 14 business days. A tracking number is sent once the item arrives from the USA and is customs cleared in Johannesburg – this typically takes 4 – 10 business days.
It takes approximately 7 to 14 business days for good to touch down in South Africa. Once it arrives in SA it will be submitted to Customs (SARS) for clearance, once they are satisfied and release the shipment we can dispatch the item(s) to you. Delivery to you from the time it leaves our Johannesburg office takes 1 to 6 business days depending on where you are located and what delivery method is used.
Delivery via courier is limited to Johannesburg and surrounds, Pretoria, Vaal Triangle, Witbank, Middleburg, Rustenburg, Hartebeespoort, Klerksdorp, Potchefstroom, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, most of the KZN coast, Cape Town, Paarl, and Hermanus.
