Key Features:

  • Dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz & 5 GHz) up to ~1200 Mbps combined (300 Mbps on 2.4GHz + 867 Mbps on 5GHz) for smoother streaming, gaming, multiple devices.

  • VDSL2 support (Profile 35b + vectoring) and auto-sensing for VDSL/ADSL or Gigabit Ethernet WAN. Makes it flexible for DSL or FTTH setups.

  • Four Gigabit LAN ports + a RJ-11 VDSL/ADSL port, USB 2.0 host (for storage, DLNA media server, or backup via a 3G/LTE dongle).

  • VoIP support (FXS phone ports), remote management (TR-069), QoS features. Good for more than just basic internet use.

Thinks to be aware of:

  • Wifi 5 (Ac) but its not top of the line Wifi 6 (Ax), though works well for medium networks.

  • Very big, much larger compared to other routers, not a small box, will need a decent place to put it.

  • Rich features come with a slightly steeper learning curve, there is a wizard that helps with the basic setup, but will leave settings that could benefit the network behind.

  • VoIP features and advanced functions may need configuration and may require compatible voice-service setup.

  • This router DOES NOT take a sim card, it has a usb port for a LTE usb dongle but no place for a SIM card.
