Hardcover first published by Howard Baker Press, 1975. The jacket is whole, with wear and chips to the edges, and the surface lamination starting to wrinkle along the spine. The red boards with gilt titling are square and sharp. Apart from the name of a previous owner in pen on the inside front board, the pages are clean and unmarked.
