A decorative watercolour by arist, Mary Blem, with what looks like an exhibition/school impressed stamp in the top left corner (see the 4th photo). I have been unable to find much on this artist other than an entry on southafricanartists.com, where her (oil?) works go for between $547 and $985). Please note that the white flash on the lower right of the first photo is a reflection on the glass, and not on the painting itself.
There is some chipping on the frame - please see the photos and ask me for more if you require more details.
