Hardcover first published 1959 by Evans Brothers Limited. The jacket is worn, marked and torn in places, with a large piece missing from the foot of the spine. The blue cloth boards with gilt titling are clean and square. Apart from tanning to end-papers and light foxing to external page edges, the pages are clean and unmarked.
