This piece appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed Relief on insignia.  Original owner's  details present on lining of Breast pocket Flap. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. 

The recipient successfully completed the South African Army 's Static Line Parachute Qualification Course and would have been stationed at either 44 Parachute Brigade/ 1 Parachute Battalion.
