The PST5042 Stepper Drive is a versatile, fully digitalstepping drive based on a DSP (Digital Signal Processor) with advanced control algorithms.

Function Description:
· Micro step Resolution: Programmable with 16 selectable micro step resolutions, allowing up to 25,600 steps/rev. Set using DIP switches.
· Current Setting: Operating current can be configured via DIP switches, supporting currents up to 4.2A.
· Automatic Standstill Current Reduction: After the last pulse, the current automatically reduces to 50% of the selected operating current within 0.4 seconds.
Control Signals: PUL+ and PUL-: Pulse command signal, DIR+ and DIR-: Direction control signal, ENA+ and ENA-: Enable/disable control signal.
· Motor Connector: A+, A-, B+, B- for motor connections (reversing wire connections changes default motion direction).
· Power Connector: Recommended power supply output of +24V to 48VDC.
· Indicators: LED indicators for power (Green) and fault status (Red). Reset the drive by re-powering it after resolving issues.
