To qualify for warranty support, the SOLAR PANELS, SUNSYNK INVERTER AND DYNESS DL5.0C battery must be installed by a registered wireman or master electrician. Installation must comply with SANS 10142 regulations and include a valid Certificate of Compliance (COC). Warranty claims require proof of compliant installation and documentation.
